 On Tuesday, May 14th, the students will be participating in gymnastic activities at the Corona Gymnastics facility. Please fill out and return the permission slip a.s.a.p. by Monday, May 13.

On Tuesday, May 21st, we will have a Scientists in School workshop for the children. The workshop is called ``I Can be a Scientist.`` It provides an introduction to science by experiencing what different scientists do.

This week we have been learning about different cultures (Music, dances, clothes, arts, food). On Wednesday, May 8^th your child is invited to bring an item that represents their culture and to present it to the class.

Just a friendly reminder that toys from home are to be kept at home please. When toys are brought to school they may get damaged or lost, leading to tears. We encourage the children to play with the toys and activities that we have prepared for them in the classroom.

The Zoo Crew is coming to the kindergarten classes on Thursday April 25th.

They will bring a variety of animals to discover. It should be interesting and fun!!!

Reminder: Popcorn sale Friday April 19th 2013. Please have your child bring in $1 for a bag of popcorn to help the grade 6 classes raise money for a class trip to St. Bridget Camp.
